Every order is hand-packed at our atelier in Mumbai and usually leaves within one business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email with your courier and tracking number as soon as it ships.

Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Below that, standard shipping is ₹99.
- Express delivery is ₹199, where your pincode supports it.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹15,000 on most pincodes, with a handling fee of ₹49. Please keep the exact amount ready. A small number of remote pincodes are prepaid-only; checkout will tell you.
If cash-on-delivery parcels are repeatedly refused, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.
Fragrances in transit
Perfumes contain alcohol and are shipped by surface in protective, compliant packaging. Attars and oils are packed upright with leak protection.
If a delivery fails
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or the parcel was refused, we’ll contact you to re-ship (shipping charges may apply) or refund your order minus shipping costs.
